So after almost eight years of selling real estate I decided to start a blog on musings of my industry as well as advice and market trends. I have seen so many interesting homes and pictures and even realtor write ups of homes that make me giggle. I will keep every home anonymous as well as the Realtors. I plan on also focusing on pictures and write ups and listings that really do work.

What's the first thing you notice in this picture? the hardwood floors? vaulted ceiling? maybe the large window? nope the big black fan.
